By using Rakit, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms may be updated over time, and the new version is effective from the date of publication.

2.Use of the service
Rakit is a prompt-based AI for building websites and apps. The user must use the service for lawful purposes, and generated content must not violate national laws or the rights of others.
3.Content ownership
Content you create with Rakit belongs to you. Rakit claims no ownership over user-created sites and content. The user is responsible for published content.
4.Purchases and payment
Rakit has no subscription; nothing renews or is charged automatically. Build credit ("Rakit") is sold as one-time bundles: Rakit Eco, 200 Rakit for 130,000 Toman; Rakit Plus, 1,000 Rakit for 620,000 Toman; Rakit Pro, 3,000 Rakit for 1,590,000 Toman. Each bundle can be used until the date stated at purchase. Payment is made only through the Rakit web app and a bank gateway. Price changes are announced on this page in advance and do not affect bundles already bought.
5.Refunds and cancellation
Credit from which no Rakit has been used is refunded in full within 7 days of purchase. Used credit is a delivered digital service and is not refundable. If an amount was deducted from your account but the purchase was not recorded, under Shaparak rules your bank returns it within 72 hours. Refund requests: support@rakit.ir
6.Privacy
User information is used only to provide and improve the service. We are committed to protecting your data and do not share personal information with third parties without consent.
7.Limitation of liability
Rakit strives to provide a stable, high-quality service, but is not liable for damages resulting from outages, errors, or misuse of the service.
